Because you are an employee of one of the Startup Companies operating in the Zone, certain personal data relating to you is processed by our Company in the course of your entry to and exit from the Zone. Through this privacy notice we aim to inform you about the personal data processed, as required by Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
- Definitions
Zone: the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University and Turkish-German University Technology Development Zone (this includes the Zone’s areas at different locations),
Startup Company: the companies benefiting from the services and facilities in the Zone and/or operating in the Zone,
Personal Data: any information belonging to an identified or identifiable natural person,
Company/Dijitalpark: means Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University and Turkish-German University Technology Development Zone Management Joint Stock Company.

Transfers are also made to the software company that supports the operation of the card system, solely because this is necessary in order to provide that service. |

- Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about the data processed; learn the purposes of processing and ask whether the data is used in line with those purposes; request information about domestic and international transfers of the data; request the correction of personal data that is incomplete or processed incorrectly; object to a conclusion being drawn against you through the analysis of the data; and request compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing. To exercise these rights you can complete the Data Subject Request Form available on our Company’s website and submit it to us. You can also send us a written application setting out your request to exercise these rights through our Company’s contact channels.
